Budapest-based FinalWire Ltd has released a major new version of its Windows diagnostic and benchmarking tool with the release of AIDA64 Extreme Edition 5.30.

The new release, also available as a portable build, introduces support for Intel’s forthcoming Skylake processor line while also promising advanced support for the RTM releases of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.

Version 5.30 adds AVX2 and FMA-accelerated 64-bit benchmarks for next-generation Skylake processors as well as Broadwell-H. In addition, AVX and SSE-accelerated 64-bit benchmarks have also been added for AMD’s Nolan APU.

The new build optimizes 64-bit benchmarks for Intel’s Braswell and Cherry Trail processors and promises improved support for both CPU families alongside Skylake and Broadwell-H lines.

The program also introduces partial support for AMD’s Stoney APU as well as Intel Cannonlake, Goldmont and Skylake-E/EN/EP/EX processors.

AIDA64 also updates its compatibility to provide details for the latest AMD and nVIDIA graphic units, including Radeon Rx 300 and R9 Fury, plus GeForce GTX 980 Ti and Tesla M60.

The latest release also extends its SSD recognition to encompass Kingston HyperX Savage, OCZ Trion 100 and OCZ Vector 180 drives.

LCD device support is also extended with Modding-FAQ, Noteu, Saitek Pro Flight Instrument Panel, Saitek X52 Pro, and UCSD all now usable with the program. In addition, users with AlphaCool and Samsung SPF LCDs can now use either device in portrait mode.

Finally, support is also added for SMBIOS 3.0 and VirtualBox 5.0, as well as AlphaCool Heatmaster II sensor devices.

AIDA64 Extreme Edition 5.30 and AIDA64 Extreme Edition Portable 5.30 are both available as function-limited 30-day trials, with prices starting from $39.95 for an AIDA64 Extreme Edition non-commercial license.
